SHIPPING

 

SHIPPING AUSTRALIA AND WORLDWIDE

 

We offer flat rate and free shipping whenever possible so you can order as much as you like for one low price. See rates below.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

 

AUSTRALIA: standard post please allow 3-10 business days, AUD $9.95.

You may also choose express post which is a flat fee of $15 no matter the order value and will be received in 2-3 business days. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: allow 4-20 business days depending on your location, AUD $40 for orders under AUD $150.00. All other orders AUD $ 25.00. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.

Any orders received after 12pm will be processed on the following business day.

We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays or on gazetted Queensland and Australian-wide Public holidays.

Please be aware that Yogiic is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address, If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped Yogiic accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders that have been sent to addresses that have been incorrectly provided by the customer.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Payments of these taxes/Duties are necessary to release your order from customs. Please note we do not provide a refund on any goods returned to Yogiic due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country, however we will provide a store credit.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

 

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Yogiic. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable except for defective items.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted on goods within 14 days (domestic) and 21 days (international) from the date you received the item. Items received or requests to return items outside of this period will NOT be accepted. We recommend that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was received in the last 14 (domestic)/ 21 (international) days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • All merchandise MUST be unwashed and unworn.
  • All original tags MUST still be attached to the merchandise.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

All items are quality controlled and checked before being sent to customers.

Any product that arrives in a faulty condition can be returned for either a refund or a store credit at your choice including shipping costs.

Once Yogiic receives the item, it will undergo a routine quality review and we will contact you to advise the appropriate procedure, which will normally be to refund.

Refunds are processed via Pay Pal or Credit Card. Your refund will normally show up on your bank statement within 10 business days.

 

STORE CREDITS

 

Yogiic will provide a store credit to the value of the goods returned excluding any shipping costs for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or colour ordered
  • Unpaid customs duties and tax

CANCELLATIONS

 

Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of submitting your order as we normally dispatch orders in the morning and then again in the afternoon.

If delivery has been made or the goods are in transit to the customer, the customer must return the product, at his or her own expense, and the refund will be made upon Yogiic receiving the return product, in its original packaging, in good condition and with the original receipt.

 

NO EXCHANGES

 

All items must be returned for either a store credit or refund (if faulty) and then a new order must be made on the Yogiic website.

 

SALE ITEMS

 

Sale items are non-refundable and Yogiic does not accept returns on Sale items except where the goods are found to be defective.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

 

  1. We have recently partnered with ParcelPoint to offer you more convenience. Visit www.parcelpoint.com.au/yogiic to start your return.

  2. Click ‘Book a Return’ and fill in the fields. You will need your original order ID to book in your return. It starts with WEB followed by 10 digits. Make sure you use the complete order ID, e.g. WEB0000001234. You can find this number on your order or shipping confirmation email and also your invoice.
  3. Select a method to send your return parcel using either ParcelPoint Returns or Australian Post. Both return methods are include tracking.
    • ParcelPoint: Select from hundreds of local stores such as pharmacies, convenience stores and newsagencies to drop off your parcel. The ParcelPoint locations are open weekends and after hours for your convenience.
    • Australian Post: If you don’t have a ParcelPoint location close to you, you can choose Australia Post as a return option on the ParcelPoint portal.
  4. Download and print your shipping label. Apply to your package once you have securely packed your items.
  5. Drop off your parcel to any store offering ParcelPoint Returns (only if selected ParcelPoint), or to your nearest post office (only if selected Australian Post).

 

TRACKING

 

  • ParcelPoint: go to http://parcelpoint.com.au/return-parcel and use the ‘ParcelPoint ID’ to track your return. You find your ParcelPoint ID on your ParcelPoint returns slip.
  • Australia Post: go to http://auspost.com.au/track and use the ‘Article Number’ to track your return. You find the ‘Article Number’ on your receipt.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

Please email us at admin@yogiic.com and let us know why you are returning the item/s prior to shipping back to Yogiic in Australia. If the item is faulty, Yogiic will refund the cost of shipping as well as the cost of the item/s.

REFUNDS

In the instance where a refund is granted, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Yogiic.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
